Mary Murtagh EAH Housing Manslaughter

Advocates, faith based groups and civil rights organizations, from all across the United States were watching the scandal unfold with Santa Clara County Public Guardian and by participating in it, and attacking Heidi Yauman, Markham Plaza property manager Elaine Bouchard hurled EAH Housing into the national spotlight, as did Robert Ridgeway by submitting a fraudulent court declaration in case 1-12-CV226958. Heidi Yauman was essentially gang raped in Judge Manoukian’s court room and violently evicted from Markham Plaza Apartments because advocates pleaded on her behalf for the harassment and abuse against her to stop. They made it clear to EAH Housing that any fraud, harassment or abuse would not be tolerated.

EAH Housing Housing CEO Mary Murtagh committed manslaughter.

EAH Housing, 2169 E. Francisco Blvd., Suite B,

In addition to Giselle Riordan,  Markham Plaza resident Robert Moss was also isolated and fraud committed in 1-12-CV226958 was used to deny him accommodations pursuant to the American’s with Disabilities Act.  Robert Moss was found dead in his apartment at 2000 Monterey Road, Apt. 409.  Deputy Santa County District Attorney James Leonard was homicide investigator at the time of Robert Moss’s death and he refused to investigate.

Protests erupted across the country as news of the EAH Housing Eviction Fraud Scandal quickly went viral on the internet.   In 2014, Santa Clara County Sheriff Detective David Carroll, Robert Ridgeway, Deputy District Attorney James Leonard and Robert Ridgeway’s wife, Santa Clara County Sheriff deputy Aleksandra Ridgeway collaborated in falsifying police report to cover up the Manslaughter of Robert Moss and the related acts of fraud & attempted to blame Rev. Cary Andrew Crittenden, who had spoken out against the violence.
